Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee.
No-show appointments may be charged the full service amount.
We reserve the right to reschedule a service due to unexpected circumstances.
Clients must:
Provide safe access to the property or vehicle.
Remove any fragile or valuable items prior to service.
Ensure pets or children are safely secured during cleaning or detailing.
Pristine Wave is not responsible for:
Damage caused by existing defects or wear.
Pre-existing stains or marks that cannot be removed.
Any loss or damage caused by misuse or misrepresentation.
Payments must be made in full at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
We may use third-party payment processors; their terms apply separately.
